US Crazy time

Image
The US is going through a crazy time right now.  This is my take on it. Notice that the Statue of Liberty is painted white, blue and red instead of red white and blue. The clock was painted by putting a bunch of paint on my hands and quickly spreading it almost over the clock.  I missed a few spots.  It is a crazy sloppy job.  About as messy as a burger with too much mayonnaise on it. The hollow inside of the clock (battery operated and working) has a mishmash of objects inside.  I don’t even know what is in there but it would make a good hiding spot especially on account that the door is a little stuck due to all the paint!   Haha!  Good luck getting it open!

En cachette

13” * 9.5” Artist’s collection  This painting is called “En cachette” or “In hiding” because I did it in hiding when I was not at my house and I was not allowed to paint where I was.

Evangelization

18” * 24” $100.00 Evangelization or Light shining through the darkness uses yellow to represent the light shining through the red and black which represent the darkness.  Evangelization is spreading the light of the word of God and the good news of Jesus Christ.

The road less travelled

Image
18” * 24” $100.00 “Enter through the narrow gate.  For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.  But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”  Matthew 7:13-14 Notice that the narrow road is bumpy.  The difficult, narrow road leads to life.  It is not easy like the other road represented by the green.  The green road leads to destruction. The road less travelled dress Size 18 $250.00

Heaven’s ok

Image
12” * 16” $50.00 This seems easy but if you look at Splash n Dash - this is how pouring usually comes out.   It is a miracle that this poured painting is so perfect.   It is an exact picture with a blunt instrument - a jar 1/2 foot above the canvas.

No idolatry

12” * 6” $20.00 This is what was left after I cut out an image of myself from 2001.  It is a reminder not to idolize the image of my old self.
